Donations reach your Heykuy balance in full. Platform fees only apply at withdrawal, not per donation: 4.75%–4% of the withdrawal amount, plus Rp5,000 per withdrawal.
How does the rate drop to 4%?
The rate follows each withdrawal: up to Rp500,000 is 4.75%; up to Rp5,000,000 is 4.50%; up to Rp50,000,000 is 4.25%; above Rp50,000,000 is 4%. One rate applies to the whole amount, not marginal brackets or monthly totals.
Can I sign up if I have just started creating?
Yes. There is no minimum audience size to sign up. Create your support page and share the link with your community. If you go live, add the OBS overlay.
Can I choose what appears on stream?
Yes. Set your features and minimum donation amounts, then use the control panel to pause, skip, censor, or change the content volume.
When can my balance reach my bank account?
The minimum withdrawal is Rp50,000. Funds must be available, and identity and bank-account verification must be complete. Arrival time depends on the withdrawal process and the receiving bank. Track the status in Studio.
